This tree has bright red apples with slight green in it, and produces white flowers from early to mid May. It should be planted in well-drained soil and likes the full sun. It is not self fertile so it needs a pollinator to produce fruit. It can be pollinated with Golden Delicious, Empire or Jonagold. The fruit ripens from mid to late September. Pruning can be done in winter when the tree is dormant.
